good question... have been wondering about those and the ethy cloaks as well here lately.

I have a friend who has an ethy cloak. She wears it and has been paged on. Nothing has happened. BUT it only takes one GM.
Yes. they are legal.
As for the ethy clothing, they are NOT legal. The Only ethy clothing that is legal is the 'Cloak of Shadow' which is a 1 of 1 event item.
Well then, I have quite a few to sell! I don't need them.
if people wouldn't be such turds and page, dunno what the big deal about having them is. I don't see anyone paging on glacial clothing or spellbooks, which should be in same category as it Is a cloth you cannot obtain. Aw well
