That's the old number it's always been however more often than not when calling they can't help you. I only finally got help after I got nasty and said "Listen I don't care who you have to beg or whatever but I've been a LOYAL paying customer of UO for over 12 years and by god if that don't account for anything with your customer service than I guess I'll take my loyalty and money somewhere where they appreciate it! And if I wanted to have the run around and not get helped that's when I'll turn to your stupid online assistance that hasn't been able to help me thus far. If you can't help me pick up your phone or look around your office and find someone with the ability to actually provide some customer support!" At which point they were able to forward my call to someone who could actually help.
I could have told him that with all my accounts and stuff I probably pay at least one of their salaries every month so he could look around the room and try to figure out which one will be let go when I quit.
if im not mistaken UO is not covered by phone support anymore and hasnt been for a while now.
According to what I've been told EA "NO LONGER supports Ultima Online or any other Mythic MMO". Of course this is the same company that accused me of harassment, which I did NOT do and
I have cellphone records to prove it. EA customer service is actually WORSE than AT&T Wireless, which I didn't think was possible.

i had this when i tried to call them a while back.
im trying to remember.....
i think i was on their website trying to find their phone number..... oh no, i DID call them and i was told i had to email them, i told them i would prefer to talk to someone and they told me that UO is no longer supported by phone so i had to email them.
that said the email support was fantastic!
i had a reply in like 30 seconds and we chatted back and forth a bit and resolved my problem.
this made me smile and laugh a little, i can just see you standing there with hands on your hips yelling that you where not stalking them..... and you just happened to be everywhere they where..... and watched them sleep at night....
