The auction will end 48 hours after the first bid. There will be a 10 minute rule in effect. They must be in 100 Million increments as well.

I reserve the right to leave any junk that I see fit, Am too lazy to remove or do not have the time to remove.
I work a lot so I likely will not be on when this ends. I likely won't be on soon after it ends either but will be on that day. Nails will broker this castle if need be. Any questions ICQ me at 402886 thanks...

Personally I feel Fel ruleset castles are by far better than tram but thats just me Well me and most anyone that pvps!

No issue really. Other than stratics needs to do this right and actually make an auction where the buyer can set a max bid in cases like this where people cannot log in. POPS max bid is 2 billion but he cannot log in to post it. Had this been an actual auction site where the bidder can set a hidden max bid kind of how tradespot did it back in UO's glory days there's no issue here. Unless you think its fair to a seller to sell a castle that has a real value of between 2 and 3 bilion to get robbed by selling for 1.4 I can see where you may have an issue.

Stratics needs to do this right? We aren't doing anything wrong to begin with. Our fans started holding these 'auctions' on the forums. We did not start them, but we can stop them if they keep getting out of hand like this.

Mith I really do not see anyone crying just stating the facts. Fact 1 if you wanted 2-3 billion for it you should have started your reserve at 2 billion like at any other outside auction house, so you set yourelf up for being lowballed. Fact 2 in your auction rules you stated there will be a 10 minute rule and you p0sted the ICQ bid 2 minutes after timer ran out. Fact 3 is everyone else abided by the rules except for yourself. You may have a group of 4 friends cudos to you and you may be rich thats cool too but it looks bad on you if you do business this way. Just my 2 cents.
