What would cause a house that went thru the idoc stage, then went osi, and now not going thru the stages of idoc anymore?

Good question Char. I'd email Mesanna about that one.

Full of asshat duped goods and farmed stuff that needs sorting.
Banned account under appeal.

Just another good reason that when a house goes poof. Anything inside that stacks, is deed art, book art and has artifact on it anywhere should be deleted with the house also.

Sometimes if there was a vendor inside the house will go through that... the osi on the house means its beyond the owners possession and is going to fall. The wait time for the owner of the vendor(s) to claim their inventory is the reason its still standing. once that time fraim is up it will fall.

No, entirely not what he is referring to. Those are normal vendor caused owned by OSI houses and they still have the decay status. When there is no decay status it means the powers that be are investigating.

I think this is correct. Although there is one in Trammel Europa that has been like that for around 3 months, if they are investigating I hope the owner aint holding his breath. I wonder if the account is suspended for this length of time, if so it seems a bit unfair.

It means the house owner's account is still under investigation and in a payment state - sometimes this takes very long, the reasons for it are only known by the dev's
If the account who owns this house is not payed anymore, you see this kind of houses always fall after 3 months...
As long there is no bann, they will stay up until the owner gets nuked
