Is it possible to get enough SDI on a suit to one shot WITHER baracoon champion spawn even on lvl 4?

After having read "Highest crit damage ver" thread I was wondering how much SDI would be needed for a necro to one shot wither rat men, rat mages, hell hounds, rat men archers... Just wondering how much would be required or if its possible to obtain enough to one shot them with a wither (assuming you have a repond scrappers as teh book).

I'll give this a try on Test Center this weekend. Should be fairly easy to get the SDI and imbue some parts to fit around the arties.

Wither doesn't gain benefit from Slayer properties.
