Is there a limit to how many guilds can be allied?
I remember reading something about this a long time ago but it didn't stick in my brain and now I can't find it anywhere. It may have been a dream.
Recently I added a guild to my alliance and it caused me to lose all the other guilds I was allied to.
That is, all the allied guilds were still allied and showed me as alliance leader, but the only one I and my new alliance brothers could see was our two guilds.
They had to break off the alliance and rejoin mine. This caused us to lose our alliance name (which now reads as "Unknown")
I paged a GM but no one ever came (perhaps they didn't understand what I needed)
To keep this from happening again, can I ask is there some sort of limit? We try to avoid one man guilds, but sometimes folks want to hold onto their guild stones but want to play on those characters.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
