General Inconsistent system messages for insufficient mana

Not sure if this is a bug or not but worth looking at.

When you have insufficient mana for magery and neromancy spells a text appears above your character's head saying "insufficient mana for this spell"
All other spell groups and weapon specials display a 'system message' that also details how much mana is required.

This could really confuse newer players

I have submitted a problem report into the system on this issue.
