General Summon Fey as red

I am able to Summon a fey as a red,
I did the quest as a blue and then turned red and can still summon a fey.

If it is intentional for reds to be able to do the summon fey quest, then there is no equivalent quest giver outside of heartwood. Reds are unable to enter heartwood even in fel.

This is currently working as intended. To obtain and complete the quest, you must be blue. Once the quest has been completed there are no restrictions on the use of the spell.
