Thats a TON of points ! I guess u dont like the various colored dyes? Those change periodically with some not to be seen again. Just a thought but if u see any you like, mayb grab a couple w/ that horde of points before they're changed again and your left out. That's been my plan 
I can pretty much guarantee your not gonna find anything on that rewards list worth 500-1m points so holding onto that many points just seems like your missing out on the neat colored dyes

I understand.... But I've never really cared that much about dyes (not sure why, just don't) - and wouldn't buy them for an "investment" on Pacific since I'm already rich enough to afford anything I really care about...Thats a TON of points ! Ok, a slight confession. It's not really like I've never used any of the cleanup points since I started dumping 4 accounts worth of accumulated items that I really don't need more than one or two of (Holiday cards, etc...) I admit to having 2 Bard suits, 2 Fisherman suits (real disappointment there), a Mage suit, several Fire Pits, Zombie costume, Beehive, and a bunch of cheap stuff... And IMO the dyes are over priced....

Admirable. More folks should be like that.
Along those lines I did smile not too long ago. I was helping a [young] player a few weeks ago. Hooked them up with some decent armor, a little gold, a few runes and then was going to fix the guy up with a armored swampy. But for some reason you can not xfer a pet to a [young] player. I could not help but scratch my head and smile while I wondered who thought giving a mount to a young player was something that needed to be stopped. Then I lol'ed at someone sitting in a meeting discussing how game breaking it would be to have young players on mounts *shrugs* .... guess I just have a weird sense of humor
Sorry I can't.... for some reason they don't think that having 120 archery makes you any good with a UBWS Lance. Archers are not any good at all with other weapons I guess. So trying to joust is a lose lose for me. Much as I'd like to... just don't seem to work. That's why they took away UBWS bows... Since none of you could figure out how to use one of those either.
When I'm decoing my castle I see a player go by makes me smile, and I say players do exsist.

On GL's I haven't seen my neighbor in YEARS. Don't think he plays doubt he ever logs in.... the place is still decked out exactly as it has been since they day I first started going by the place before I owned the houses on either side of him... Nothing has changed in the least and I doubt it ever will... going on 4 or 5 years now I think and not once have I ever seen this person. Yet his house remains.
A rueful smile today. After several deaths to the Flame Elemental boss guardian peerless renowned guy in Shame in that awkward teleport bit; I jiggled my soulstones and swapped swords for macing so that I could bash him with my good old fashioned Fire Elemental slaying club.
After despatching him and taking his corrosive ash, I proudly went home and swapped my combat skills round again. Only I didn't. I wiped my mace fighting down to 11.3 from 120. And now that Flame Elemental boss guardian peerless renowned guy in Shame in that awkward teleport bit is laughing at me from beyond the grave. Forever.

I'll be as brief as possible. I was watching a newbie today while he was running back and forth thru a Fire Field with an Ogre hot on his arss... (I was casting the fields for him, and he was battling away as his way of gaining swords, resist and fame all at the same time). However, he finally dispatched the Ogre and was standing there in the middle of the fire field looting or gloating, not sure which, when all of a sudden he was a ghost... He said he forgot about the field, and was very disappointed when he discovered that he'd lost whatever fame he had.... lmao...
It wont happen for another 10 hours, but I get to place a house tonight that is right next to the city that one of my characters is going to run for Governor for in the next election.
I also have had some thoughts about a few contests (foot races, Jhelom FFA, sailing races, etc..) So hopefully I can get some of those going on....

In the span of just a few minutes... I received the following 2 system messages.."You have worn out your tool.." ... Attempting to repair armor before hunting.
"You Must wait an hour before you can get lucky again"... Getting ready to hunt & double clicked my luck statue.. (maybe not exact quote but I still laughed...)

It's not really something in-game that made me smile. The past few months have been rough for me and I haven't had very much time to play UO. What's more, the computers in my room tend to add ten degrees of heat so when we're already dealing with triple digit summer temps, it makes it harder to sit still and play. Last night, however, it felt like the summer heat finally broke and we had our first cool pleasant autumn evening. At least that's it felt like and smelled like and that changing of the seasons recalled so forcefully memories of playing UO in the autumn that I hopped in-game and played all night long and had a blast.
That makes me smile.

I had a little issue with a thief on Siege a few days ago, it still make me smile. RP is a great thing and can solve alot of trouble you may run into.

I haven't thought of Akvavit in a while! Now that has me thinking, it's a good idea for lunch, maybe with some food on the side...
I'm happy that even when I take a break from this game and come back, there are still PLENTY of people to steal from.....
