King`s Collection Code

Hello, can someone please tell me who to contact regarding a missing code, I bought the King`s Collection on the 17th of July, it was missing a code in the e-mail to put on my account, I have been going around and around in circles with chat, e-mails and on the phone, no one seems to be able to help, if I go to chat they tell me to e-mail if I e-mail they tell me to go to chat. I phoned and they tell to use the chat which is useless, my credit card was charged so they got the money. If someone can help or tell me what I should do then Thank you.

thank you all for the help and no Lord Lew I did not get ingame items I received no code to get anything, the e-mail came without a code and there was no code when I paid for it, I also bought a transfer token at the same time, there was a code for it, the code did not work till I read on the boards how to change the spaces in the code, there were in the wrong spots. Thank you MalagAste I will try mesanna, thanks again for the help

I know the day I bought codes first day I got one with a code and 3 blank ones.... I spent two or 3 hours "chatting" with help and he assured me I would get my codes maybe... After 2 or 3 days I got my other 3 codes. So I know what you are saying because I've seen it. But try Mesanna hopefully she can help you.

Since I bought the Kings Collection on the 17th I have been sent around and around in circles, I still have no code, I have e-mailed support, did the chat thing, phoned 1-866-543-5435 (was told to use the e-mail support) and e-mailed Mesanna (I have not heard back from her), no one has done a thing to resolve the issue, I will not give up and will start contacting people again tomorrow. They tell me they cannot find the order # even though I sent them a copy of the e-mail that they sent me that contains the order #, also the money was taken from my account.

To assist you with the purchase that you have recently made via Origin, please use the following method to review the status of your purchase:

1. Launch and log into the Origin Client installed on your PC. (If you do not have the Origin Client installed on your pc you may download and install via http://www.origin.com/download)
2. Visit the 'My Games' section of the client once you have logged into the client
3. You should see a product code available on the 'My Games' screen which will then have a download button next to it. This should allow you to collect your code and continue to use with Ultima Online.

Please ensure that when entering your code, you enter it using the format 6-5-5-5-5. For example, your code should look like this: 123456-12345-12345-12345-12345.

Origin has it's own "Program" for managing several of their online games. For UO - we typically do not need to use it. This is similar to "Battlenet" if you've played Diablo3 or other Blizzard products.

Just follow the steps above to install the "Origin" program. Once you have it installed you can log in (just like you do at the Origin Store - Same Password, etc.) and then look for the "My Games" link there. Follow the link to see a record of what you have purchased from the store and your code should be there so that you can use it to register the upgrade and claim your in-game items.

Oh my god what a joke, I installed the origin program to get my code, it said the code was already used, I checked through old e-mails and it was a code I bought and used in June. I keep trying to tell them I need a code that I bought on July 19th, now they want me to send the code from the 19th so they can investigate it, I can not send them the code from the 19th because I did not receive one, the confirmation e-mail for the Kings Collection I bought did not contain a code.
I have been with uo since 97, I have 5 accounts and each month buy 2-3 extra things for my accounts, I will not be buying anything after this, I`m now scared to buy anything off the site. If they put people through this crap to buy things and support them they have a big problem, I will not be going through this again.
