I purchased a Stygian Abyss upgrade code 1 week ago and it keeps saying "Invalid Code" when I try to redeem it. I have attempted to re-arrange to code into different blocks as that fixes it for in-game redeemable codes usually but it still wont help.
What in the hell is going on here, am I the only one this is happening to?
I tried to contact EA support and first they told me they couldn't even find my order in their system while its clearly in my order history and a receipt was in my email so I was asked to take a screenshot and upload it within the created ticket to verify the purchase, which I did and by the end nothing was resolved and they had no idea why the code wasn't working.
I tried to email Mesanna to see if there is something she could do to help me and she asked for more info which I promptly sent her and have not heard back from her since, I can only assume she couldn't figure it out and gave up on me.
What options do I have left? I just want the code I paid for or at least my money back. Appreciate any input.
