Ok, so I am trying to help a friend reactivate an account because his house is decaying. We have been trying since Friday and the house is now idoc.
He knows the UO account name and password as well as the email address for the master account, but can not remember the master account password. We have tried the password reset option from both the UO account management and ea.com account management with no success. Have done the leave a number and had support call him.. Was given a case number and told to email war hammer support (yes WARHAMMER). Did the online chat and got an escalated ticket number and given another number to call. After 2 hours on hold we were told to email UO support (which we did on Friday with no response yet). Sent Messana an email with no response.
We have a customer literally begging to give EA money and less than 7 hours to go. We have another account ready to take the house transfer knowing that reactivation alone will not stop the decay... If we can just get the account activated.
Anyone else have any ideas on how/who could help him?
