Okay...So I do quite a bit of buying and reselling and last week I bought An Orc Chief Helm Replica off of a vendor on my home shard. When I made it to Atl I went to stock the items on my vendor. Ill be damned I get the message it cannot go on the vendor. So why all of a sudden does it do this?? No idea. Has anyone else had this issue or is this unique to me???

Did duped items get kicked out of people's vendors, or can you only not put them on vendors? If the former you may have just bought a hot helm.

Nope. Just hanging out in the vendor. I know it was a new add as I run the 20 or so vendors in Luna every couple of days. Im curious if I xfered it back home if it would be able to be placed on a vendor.
You might have found a bug with the system. Or (I hate to mention this) some new bug spawned by the latest publish.
Ya...It is quite annoying. I got to looking at it and 7 of the Item Bless Deeds I brought as well were non-vendable. I guess I can always submit a bug report and maybe one day they will look into it.

And no, transferring it back did not fix it.
Also happened with an archdemon statue. I get so mad the game allows me to purchase broken items. If I knew it was broken I wouldn't of bought it! The patch notes said you weren't supposed to be able to buy them!

We have lived with UO bugs so long we naturally carry a swatter with us .... and Yell like mad at the Dev to fix it asap....
We tend to forget they have no clue this bug existed...

I would play with it's functions and explore the uses... best way to find a bug is poke around!...

Ya. Considering I make a bulk of my UO Gold via spawning/hunting and buying/reselling. I do it on smaller shard (Home shard) and then take to Atl where I can actually buy the items I need and make a good profit on the items I have to sell.
