The one Madeblake has can not be taken out of its bag, it is blessed, you can fish in it, but you will not get fish or skill gains, Mesanna has said water tiles with these properties are legal. The ones that are not legal are the ones that can be taken out of the bag, placed, get skill gain etc. So Deaol, I would not be so quick to pull those out...
