Jesus, the Account Management screen is utterly annoying.

I cant log in to update my account information...I enter my user name/password and it says its not correct. I have been using the same account name/email and passwords for years. I even try to reset the password, have the confirmation sent to my email, only to be told there is an error processing my request....

EA account management screen blows. Instead of removing my credit card info, I simply blocked the transactions from my bank...

You have to set up a master Mythic account first.... if you haven't done that then you better get on it.... then you have to LINK your UO accounts to it... You'll see that option once you make the master account... if you have any trouble look around here there is a help thing for doing it.

It bites big time, and as improper as it may seem, the last few friends that have asked me what UO was like, I pretty much told em to go play a game where they could just register and play and not put up with the BS...It is way to hard to give EA money

Had the same problem recently. Actually thought I'd been hacked somehow. They must be having some sort of issues with that stuff.
