strange little bug

so i was doing some deco at my house and i had 2 of those nets that you can get from the Heritage Tokens, they come in either South facing or East facing - they have seeds (weights) on the ends of them.
they are just pure deco.

well i had 2 of them on each side of my Davie's Locker and wanted to move my Davie's Locker to up a map up behind it and one of those ship paintings, so i re-deeded the locker and unlocked the nets and picked them up.
placed the stuff on the wall i wanted to then replaced my locker.
then i went to put the nets back out and i noticed that the where just in my pack.... as nets.... not deeds.
and i thought that was a little strange because i know when you get them from the token they are in deed form like everything that is deco from the Heritage Tokens.
so i set them down where they where before and went to lock them down and got a message saying that i can not lock those down as they are locked down when placed.
yet they were not.
so i tried to axe them to redeed them and all it says is "you can not use your axe on this"

so it seems that i have 2 deco nets that i cant lock down or re-deed.
so they are useless and unusable now, since they are only deco and you cant lock them down.

they are unlocked, they are in my backpack!

that is the problem, i unlocked them and picked them up originally and im thinking they probably should have been axed.

confirmed. I just tried it in two houses (one owned and the other co-owned) doesn't work in either. My net was in a chest so I didn't have the opportunity to try and axe it.

I'm pretty sure that when I've used these to decorate with, they were nets and not deeds. But I also think the ones I was using came from SoS chests and they were in net form in the chest my fisher pulled up from the depths of the ocean. I'll check and see if they have also become useless and can't be locked down at all.

so i logged onto another shard where i have another house that has the same deco, davies locker with a net beside it and i tried to axe the net and got the "locked down resources cannot be used"

Yeah, I checked one on Origin that I know came from a chest and it's useless now. It was locked down, but once I released it I could no longer secure it or lock it down and got that weird message. Couldn't use an axe on it either to turn it into a deed (which it never was in the first place).

I´ve had a large net like that in a chest for a long time so it´s nothing new. Not sure when and where I got that net though. Never had a need to deco with it so never tried lock it down.
