Bought one already. Waiting for Origin to fix the issue to buy more.
Still waiting for my charge to be reversed after I was sold a DUPED code from Origin store! Mesanna bring out the ban stick, please. Even with 3.5 hours time on hold, in chat, and on the phone trying to get a working code, they couldn't oblige. 
So, I will wait, and hold onto my money until someone of authority answers my question a la Sir Lawrence Olivier..."is it safe?"

Droves of people are buying it. The suits probably gave Messana and her tiny team the remit of creating something with their paltry resources that would sell bucket-loads. The obvious answer is DECO. Many of the players still hanging on grimly in UO do so as they love having their own custom-built dwelling that they can decorate with a plethora of junk.

Nope. I'm not big into paying for something strictly cosmetic. And honestly I cant see putting any of those items in my house outside of maybe the banners/painting. The quality difference (number of colors/resolution wise) between this stuff and the old art is just too great. So the .1 sot a week isn't enough for me to pay for.

Bought 2. I run carp and deco vendors and like some of the items in the nice box. Also supporting UO and showing aprecheation is part of it.
I brought one for Tina Tink and will buy one for Rosalia, my alchemist too.
I don't think I will buy any for my other chars as it's is the option to craft this new item I wanted.
We have now got 3 theme packs, that is great for crafters and I love them all. So do I with high sea.
I hope next pack will have something that support player towns and the use of the forest, desert, swamp and mountains, so we will see more young chars, crafters with some PvM skills, resurce hunters, lockpickers and tresure hunters use it.
Also more quests, that make players traveling the land, and I mean traveling, not gating around.

Those of you who are talking about having bought the booster (or whatever it is...theme pack? Booster? whatever) or wanting to buy it are missing the point.
It seems to me that the original poster wanted us to talk about how no one was buying it, no one cares about that stuff, how terrible, etc.
If I'm wrong about the intent of this thread, fine, but the signals are pretty strong.

Other games call it DLC or "downloadable content" and it seems to be the way EA is headed in all of their games in lieu of actual expansions.

Not going to buy it until I am sure I am going to stay in UO. My wife and I have been discussing cost vs play time vs enjoyment level. If we were to make a knee jerk reaction move, all of our accounts would be cancelled. Just let one lapse last week. The other 3 are paid up for 4, 5 and 6 months respectively.

I brought my second yesterday, no problem. Both codes worked fine.

As of two minutes ago ..
Makes no difference if I clear browser caches, or use a different browser, or use a different PC..... the store will NOT let me buy more than one copy on my Origin account, despite being told every day this last week 'it will be resolved within 24 hours' by EA's joke support system.

Most folk I know who bought on day one shortly after it came out before the "fix" can not buy a second because it won't let them. Now many of them have had to actually get another Mythic "master" account to "fix" the issue.... but that's not really what we'd like to do because they wanted us to only use one Mythic Masters account... and to comply with their rules we weren't supposed to... Otherwise all my accounts would still be on their own account... this is just stupid. And no one at Origin store or Mythic seems to even understand how UO works.... Or why anyone would want more than one account... either they need educated in UO or UO just plain needs to be on it's own and to have Origin/EA and Mythic mind their own business and leave it alone and quit trying to destroy the game we care about. Because how can you manage something or provide service to something you are THAT clueless about? They can't even figure out what you are talking about when you call most times. Or even when you chat with them.

He couldn't fathom what I was talking about or trying to tell him when I said I'd bought 4 codes and only received one real code and 3 blank emails.... I'm sick of finding ways of working around EA's incompetence. Either they start getting things right or they don't get money.

It's weird, I just brought 2 more, one at the time without any trouble. It was made with same login and same credit card.

It would appear that anyone who bought early has in some way had their account 'marked' so they cannot purchase more - I suspect it's a side effect of their botched 'fix' for the problems for folks who tried buying multiples of the Collection in the first day or two on sale and received only one code.

I went from being PR'd as if I was a lucky winner to being talked to in a manner that suggested they couldn't wait for me to hangup.
Thx for calling EA. We made a mistake and you get jack,time for you go........ After fifteen years of multiple account support, that was the attitude from them. Pretty eye opening really.
I plan on buying it eventually. Not in a huge hurry and some of the trouble folks have been having makes me nervous to jump in.
