Luck change after Pub 82

Anyone notice a difference in loot after the publish?
My loot has significantly dropped in intensities after the publish
using the same luck before Pub 82

I still say.....and pretty sure others too.... luck suits in UO makes diddly squat difference..its pure down to the RNG game.

The only time i see luck work is when mining for saltpeter.

Luck definitely works for me & most friends I've discussed this with agree.
In my max luck suit I get twice as many cursed legendary artifacts(relics) then without.
I also get some sick major pieces clean. Its mainly a numbers game tho - kill tons of stuff
cause your not gonna notice it in the short term.

I have not been hunting much for stuff since Pub 82 so I can't accurately compare before/after.
