With Minoc lacking of a good central location for her citizens to air grievances the leadership of Minoc are proud to announce the opening of Victor II's office. From this location all citizens of Minoc, and Britannia, can bring to the attention of the local government their various issues and concerns.

For those wishing to visit the office please head directly North North East from the Moongate in Yew. Yes Yew, that isn't a typo, real estate is serious business and location closer to Minoc is currently not a possibility.


For those wishing to communicate with the offices of Victor II a public message board is available for announcements and questions. The mailbox and pigeon (664331723) are also available if you wish to speak with us privately and arrange a meeting. Citizens are also welcome to contact us via Stratics either privately or by responding to this thread.

Skara Governor's Office - Located just across the water and south west. The coroners office is located in castle behind house. A teleport tile has been put down. Also notice we have a sheriff's office and plenty of jail room for any ruffians.

Victor isn't rich, Ozog, just insanely lucky. He happened to be in the right place at the right time, and he ended up with a Trammel keep two screens from the moongate. His life is charmed that way it seems.

Governor CharGar, your office is very nice, but I must say that I'm a bit concerned about the state of affairs in Skara Brae. You've built a prison and your coroner's office is a castle! Is something going on over there that the rest of us should be aware of...? I hesitate to visit Skara Brae these days; it looks to the outside observer as if you're expecting lots of crime and death!

Sherry Shar, Governor of Jhelom has chosen to pursue retrofitting the guard captains office to house the governors office also. This small island city can ill afford a new building, besides there is no real open building sites available
