Hiring Interior Decorator

I'm looking for someone that would like to decorate one of the classic establishments here on Siege, the Barter Town Tower!
As you know this building is a classic large tower. You would get quite free hands to do what you want with it, except some general usage for a few of the rooms. Also the theme would of course need to be fitting for a tower full of scoundrels...

You would be required to provide the items needed. But I will of course pay you both for that and your time. I'm sure we can work out any questions and concerns you might have.

I would also like to see a house you have done, before I start throwing gold at you. Long haired freaky haters need not apply.

I'm not looking for anything craze advanced that takes weeks just to plan. I just want it to look like a "home". Some tables, shelves, carpets, plants and stuff like that...
The problem is, I have held the tower since January and we really haven't done anything with it. It's mostly just some random stuff thrown in. And now I have the account holding the house active for a month, so why not get to it I thought. But decorating isn't really my thing plus I have better things to do than hunt down furniture. ^^

Edit: And if the thought of going to Barter Town scares the living crap out of you rest assured I can make it safe for you. I'll make the tower private, co-own you, provide a teleporter five steps from guardzone in Zento and bring down an epic flogging on any residents trying to interfere!
