Can we get the ability to do the "Heritage" quests with gargoyle characters to change them to humans or elves? And can we get a quest to change an elf or a human to a gargoyle?

I would consider making more gargoyle characters and exploring their unique skill sets and gear if I knew there was a way I could change them to human or elf if dissatisfied, other than having to fork over RL cash for a token. I just can't justify paying $19.99 to get a race change token, along with a sex change token and a name change token that I most likely have no use for. If it's too hard to create or modify the quests, can you at least consider making it possible to buy the race change token separately for a reasonable cost? You can currently buy the sex and name change tokens individually for $9.99 (which is too expensive, in my opinion, should be more like $7.99), but not an individual race change token. I have a really hard time justifying spending RL money on tokens for one-time situations, especially when their pricing doesn't seem fair, as in this case with the race change token. It's a lot easier to justify spending the cash on things that I expect to use repeatedly.

Tina, I have moved this from Tweaks and suggestions because what you ask for already exists.
Gargoyles can take the heritage quests to become elf or human.
To double check that I was correct in thinking that I have just taken the quest from Sledge the Versatile in Buccs Den with my Gargoyle imbuer.

However I am now cancelling it.

Ah! Thanks, Petra. I did not know that those two quests worked for gargoyles. But there is still no quest to become a gargoyle, is there? Is it correct that you can only do that by paying $19.99 to get a race change token and two other tokens that you may not even need, or you still have a leftover token from SA?

I agree... There needs to be a gargish heritage quest to change humans and elves to gargs. If you don't have a race change token, then there is no way to do this.

Petra, just to make sure, I'm going to do both quests on TC all the way through to make a garg human or elf. The only problem I'm anticipating is reaching the end of the quest and standing there with a naked character who can no longer wear her armor! Will let you know if there are any other issues with it.

I'm happy to report that both the elven heritage and the human heritage quests worked for transforming a gargoyle into another race. The only suggestion I have on those is to clean up the quest language in a few places to make it more correct for gargoyle characters doing the quests.

I hope we'll get a quest someday to be able to convert to a gargoyle instead of having to use tokens for that.

1) Allow special toggling while casting spells from all casting schools to open up many more templates.
(characters should remain unable to swing their weapon during spell-casting for spells the caster is "Frozen" during the casting time)

2) Add the Paladin Sword to the Blacksmith crafting menu as a craft-able weapon.

3) Allow the "Mage-Armor" property to be re-applied to Any and All armor pieces, regardless of the item having more than 5 properties, or the item being an Artifact.
- At 250k per addition/removal of the "Mage Armor" property, There shouldn't have been any restrictions to this in the first place.

4) Allow Artifact items & Replicas, to be Imbued. Some of these items would actually be very useful if they were imbue-able, the Djinni's Ring for example.
- Most of the artifacts/replicas wouldn't need a revamp if items were able to be imbued, to the users preferences.

5) Armor Refinements really need to become stack-able, at least the assembled refinements.
- IMO, the main reason people do not like these, is because these items do not stack and that alone makes them hard to organize.


6/?) Since there are so many item properties with crafted items & monster loot, would it eventually be possible for people to "Link" items in General/Trade chat ?
- Example :
Selling/Price check -
[Ring of Wizardry]
Ring of Wizardry.jpg
- and people would be able to see the properties of the item by clicking/highlighting the item tag in chat or the journal.
