Bloodwood, Frostwood Runics?

ML has been out for a LONG time now. Isn't it about time we get these runics added to the game? While we are at it make a BOD system, only available in the heartwood for carps/fletchers for these runics and maybe some other rewards (POF, some deco similar to tailor rewards etc.). These quests are rediculous. 48 Strait hours of questing and not one Heartwood runic is a little ridiculous, especially when you can only craft one pc of armor or weapon with each runic using reforging.

Im all for lower drop rates on powerful stuff, but 48 hours and a couple hundred thousand boards should yield more than a couple oak saws.

We need to expand the bod system to other crafts and add to the ways to get the tools needed like you asked.
I agree the tools go only so far and drop so infrequently its an issue for most.
WE also need a revamp of the rewards for crafting bods.
Many are so useless and take so much to get done they are trash fodder and don't ever see the light in the shops turn in.
Bone bods come to mind on this one.
Mesanna and Dev take a hint.... crafters want this. I see a need.

I've been waiting for the next use for inscription since the Scrapper's Compendium was added via recipe. I would love to see a 120 inscription power scroll, new craftables, runic pens, and a BOD system all for scribes.

Maybe a spell book whose slayer properties transfer to summons? Or only have the slayer effect when used with summons, not with other spells, it could be a "bound to summons" slayer book. That would at least balance it out to all the Mage haters. Maybe require ten animal as one of the ingredients for it. It is sad when you use the book to cast a summon, yet the summon doesn't get the books slayer bonus. I can understand pet's not getting it, they didn't come from the book, but summons do.

I like the ideas to expand the crafting to include runics and such, I think that is a good idea, but there is absolutely no reason that can't be done with another quest system that does not increase need for storage in homes. Heartwood quests give runic saws as rewards, and there are no BODs. There are many many ways to do this without expanding the BOD system.

I posted in another thread about this before. Any BOD expansion/revamp would need to include a new/updated BOD book similar to that of the pink scroll book. Otherwise yes, storage can be a pain.
