Same for me, Firefox and IE both take me to what I think is a domain hosting site and I'm in the US.
Tried Petra's link, link from UO.com and my saved bookmark, all same, no workeeee.

The site is fine. To the OP, what happens if you try pinging? Check your hosts file, and as a Hail Mary, try resetting your router (if you're using one). A while back I had trouble with Google's sites, including Gmail and YouTube. They were very slow at best, often timing out. I plugged my cable modem directly into a desktop, no problems at all. I hadn't changed any settings on my router, but a hard reset did the trick.

What browser is everyone using. I've tried several times today with no problems in Firefox. I went directly to it - through the link on UO.com and through the link under account and support on uo.com - all with no problem. I even went to pages I have never been to before to make sure it was not saved in a cache.

I am glad it works for some, but not glad it doesn't work for all. I also use Chrome Exclusively, but I tried Explorer and Firefox on both my computer, my girlfriend's computer, and my brother-in-laws computer. Could not access it. I think EA should be concerned. First Stratics gets attacked by the FBI malware, now Origin Store is inaccessible to many. Has to make you wonder, whats going on?

What did you do, I rebooted my modem, my router, cleared my cache, ran virus protection, you name it, I have done it. I am not happy, why is this effecting me?

Time Warner for two house holds. What should I do with my Host file?

I should add, I had access to the site, and bought a code on Wednesday May 15th. Yesterday I did have a Windows update, but my girlfriends and brother-in-laws computers did not. None of these computers can access the site.

its probably just a DNS problem, maybe origin moved the servers to amazon or any other place
it works for me, and i got a IP 81.21.146.212 for store.origin.com

if anyone needs desperately to use the site, u can temporarily add the line

81.21.146.212 store.origin.com

into your hosts file, or just wait until your isp's dns do the propagation

ps: another option is to use google's dns or opendns but you will have to google it in order to know how to do it

I think it has something to do with area or time warner. I can't access origin.store.com on my smart phone, my tablet, my friends computer, my girlfriend computer, or my sister's computer. We do all have time warner.

Ohhh you know what, the IP i got is for the european store. I live in Argentina (South america, if anyone doesnt know? lol) and origin store always redirects me to the european version of the store.
Today I bought 2 gametime codes (6months and 1 month) and I paid €57,45 EUR that were converted to $76,35 USD. I would like to be able to select the store I want to use, but oh well i dont think there is so much difference on the prices.

So anyway, maybe 209.87.180.121 is the right IP to try on hosts file if you are from US.

Domain and site is fine, its just that *maybe* someone moved the server to another place and the DNS servers didnt propagates the changes yet.

It is working now as well. It was definitely a DNS problem with store.origin.com, but it was fixed once the proper DNS propagated again.

What virus was found? It's doubtful that did anything here. The support rep probably thinks that if a car won't start, and you jingle the keys in your pocket three times, then the car starts, it was because of the keys.
