Getting the health bar is no problem in the 2d client either. I just don't know how to actually harm them.

can you build a house next to them to get a line of sight, and have 10 people hit them at once with a spell?
You might be able to try and cast a field up there or normal mage spells. If that doesn't work, page a GM. I know he has been paged on a few times already. Might as well finish the task and get them banned.
Its not a dummy account. Its someones full on character.
And someone that macros from server up till server down in one form or another, on multiple characters.

Some PK guilds in the past had some way of sending nature furyies into any house people were in. The characters were red and I was blue which is how they flagged on me and moved to my location. A few times in the past I've had dragons fly into a house they had no business in as well (they never seem to fly anymore).
I haven't played in a long time, but if I remember from my VMP days, it is possible to gate into a tower with e-fields over the gate. Don't know if this has changed or not...

I just went and checked out the place... As of 6:31am PST they are not there...
On a side note, has anyone tried summoning Air Elements? They are quite smart compared to the rest of the summoned elements. They tend to move around a lot and they do cast decent spells.

I been checking the place frequently, you are correct, he was not there all day yesterday.
P.S. As a known scripter everyone will have to make there own choice if this means he is KOS only when scripting, or Anytime since he has been caught doing it.
