Thrower showing 5 hci on new status bar

So i know the throwers got nerfed down to 45 hci, but today when looking at my thrower naked my bar still showed him having +5 hci.

So my question is do throwers still get that free +5 hci? meaning I would only have to build my suit with 40 HCI increase now?

Yes, they still get the racial +5 HCI. They now have a cap of 45 HCI.
