Keep any high end ones. Toss the rest.

If you don't plan on using them, sell them. A sure bet that there will be players will want to use this system to the fullest.

I don't have any clue what's good, decent and junk between them all. Much less what to price them at.

I have a nice vendor shop with 12 refinement vendors (one for each armor type) set up. I do quite nicely, and keep it stocked, oh, and I only sell finished product, I do not sell the refinements raw out of the loot box. It by no means will make me rich beyond all belief, but it is a nice little income on the side. If your on GL, I also buy bulk refinements to resell if you do not want to take the time to finish them up and vendor them yourself.
