was there a change to mana leech?

ive noticed this over the last week or so, so since the latest publish.
my big bushy warrior uses the two handed waffle bats (testubo's)
and i have them imbued with upwards of 60% mana leech.
and my suit i have 40 LMC.
now when using lightning strike in the past it takes like 10 mana then - off the 40 LMC so thats like 6 mana per hit and i use to be able to leech off that 6 mana with each hit so my mana pool would never drop.... but now it does.
now when i stand toe to toe with a mob i spam lightning strikes and im mana tapped in like 5 hits!

so something definitely changed with the last publish in regards to mana leech.

Did the base damage reduce on the tetsubo? If so, there is your culprit. I've seen no change in hit mana leech on any of my warriors.

lightning strike was not, its not a special move, its a bushido spell.

no, old weapon base damage was 12-14 and the new base damage is 12-15.
