As of today I was able to reopen all of my Ultima Online accounts!
After several emails and a very long telephone call I finally broke down and asked Mesanna for help with my billing issue. Keeping in mind I've been going back and forth with customer service since February.
Somehow a miracle happened and Mesanna was able to assist in getting my billing information back on track with EA (not just UO) and I am now able to pay for my accounts again!
Hooray.
Kudos and a huge THANK YOU for taking the time to help me @Mesannna!!

Though I haven't been dealing with them for that long Flutter, glad you got your accts. back! My question is why does Messana have to be come involved to correct an error? I have repeatedly give them my information over and over again, and I still can't get into my Mythic Acct. Management. It is so darn aggravating!

This is one of the big complaints I've tried to bring to corporate EA and make them address. I've complained as far as I can on their help site, I've done it with their chat feature, returned feedback thru their satisfaction surveys but it's going to take more than one or two people sending feedback and complaining to raise any notice of our struggles.

My only suggestion is you keep trying and really voice your opinion and dissatisfaction. We need to make our collective voice heard about the lack of support we are receiving. The last survey I filled out for them made me LOL because it said "EA Dedicated to Customer Support and Satisfaction!"

SO, so glad you got this worked out. I must %1000 agree with a lot of people here when they say "Why does it take Mesanna to fix this kind of stuff".

I dont know why it was so hard to do for the 'professionals' in billing. But theyre taking my money again so all is good (I think) hehe
