Thanks Creapor, I appreciate your kind words. However I sincerely took no offense, and likewise I meant no disrespect. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, we all can't agree. A week ago Brockis asked for a price check on the Rusty Cultass in this thread here: http://stratics.com/community/threads/rusty-cutless-and-captain-jacks-hat.297786/
In that post I also said I would offer 200m. No one else posted their opinion, and no one else has made an offer here. Maybe its not as much as you wanted for it, but at at least I am consistent.
I originally owned this Rusty Cutlass until it was stolen when my account was compromised (hacked) and I wanted to replace it ever since. Please let me know if you reconsider, and I wish you the best of luck!

i have seen this iteam it is a 1/4 drop from dracs in the 2nd event i belive.
i can not load a picture up on here it wont let me i have tryed many of time but still wont let me
so i ask people for there icq so i can send pictures to them of this iteam

and the reason i said what i said to nails is that i had an offer for 800mil
on ATL but lost the persons name and ddi not manage to get his icq
so no insult attended
and brok posted it for me last time because i was not able to make a account on that day but now have managed to set one up =)
