The two on the left are vet reward shields.

The ones on the right are valentine rewards from a few years back - rose in vases.

Edit- oops i read the first question for all four circles...not sure how the tables are made. I'll have to zoom in on them to see

the tables are craftable you will find them on the saw under misc add ons short tables.
