Still Can not see the Easter Goose- PLEASE FIX

I can not see the Easter goose even with this new patch- does anyone else have this same issue?
I have rebooted & have checked everything that' s possible to check I have sent Help note to GM in game. Nothing .

I am using Windows 7 - my patch is the latest one

Can this please be fixed???????

I do not use the Enhanced Client as I said "I have rebooted & have checked everything that' s possible
lol so EC was was never an issue since i will never run it

Also please check that since the latest patch the numbers on my character Bar are messed up

It sounds like you got a corruption in the patch. The next time you load the program, select "Perform full file check" at the bottom on the patch screen and that should fix it.

You definatly have a corrupt client.
You should uninstall, reboot and download again, as crappy this is but it shall help...

If you uninstall just remember to save your character data first.

Otherwise it really sounds like your files are corrupted.

You mean you

- uninstalled the game (both clients if you need both)
- drove your computer down (not restart, drive it down, wait 10 seconds, start it new - a HARDBOOT)
- went to uo.com and started downloading the CC client and started installing and all the patches (i guess around 2 Gigabytes)
- started UO, patching, than logging in and STILL see UNUSED tiles instead of golden gooses?

may i ask what EXPANSION you are using? Whats your last version of UO..?

Can you tell us what system you are using? (PC or Laptop, Grahics card if possible, we know you are using W7)
When did you update your GRAPHIC DRIVERS the last time?

Trying to figure out what it can NOT be causing your problem, you know

When I spoke to a GM he said he saw the " images" as a hole in the ground" this was on
Arirang shard beside the statue that you had to clik on in order to get the golden goose to begin with

I've played UO more than 15 years.. so, yes I have surely uninstalled & reinstalled this game many more
times than I would ever like to remember..
I have always used Classic client ( if you wish to refer to it that way)

Desktop -
My pc has 8 gb Ram ( exp to ) 1gb video card/ Windows 7 and is used mainly to play UO
and .. again .. Version 7.0.30.1 patch 66
My expansions are the latest ones including Rustic & Gothic packs

and I run several accounts & its the same on any of them.....
When a Gm see the same thing you do , wouldn't you think there is something wrong?
O yes, the Gm checked several characters & said none were bugged

Course on another thought i could just trash the geese

I seriously would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the CC. Sorry but that's the best advice I can give. I think you have a corrupt file or something.

You may try to do a Check Disk or something on boot up. Make sure your disk is ok.

What kind of graphics card do you see in system option - pls see if you can update it
This would delete one more possibility of a systems failure - so we can count that down if it DONT helps..

I recently discovered a problem in another game with graphics and after i installed new nvidia drivers it went POOF and all was good - and i update my drivers almost every 2 weeks - but missed that one

And yes, if you didnt uninstall and reinstalled your game yet the last days your problem occured, try the graphics driver update first, if it doenst help, realy realy do a new install - its all you realy can do!

You definitely don't have the current client. You don't have the new status gump.

If the patch applied correctly your stat bar would look different, like Petra said.

how are you starting the game?

When i start the game by clicking on Client.exe i get the same problem, but when i click uoassist and it goes via the patcher it works fine.

I have noticed that when I start UO without going through the patcher (even though it is the same client version as the one that uses the patcher), I can see lots of unused things including the easter eggs.

Thanks so much Elf.. When I went into my CC folder & clicked UOPatch then logged in, i could see Easter geese everyplace!!!
WEll.. maybe not all over but surely where they should be.

I could see the Geese when I Logged in with UOA, but then again, I'd like to be able to actually see the items in the game I pay for each month.
