Can't xfer from Sonoma-Pac

am attempting to do that using a shard shield token [have made this same xfer dozens of times]...char is in the luna bank in the upstairs inn... I click on the token and it says "the destination shard is unavailable"...so I log out of sonoma and back IN on pac just fine, np...still 3 hours to server down...wasted time paging gm, as expected no response...any ideas what the heck is going on? And btw, it has been WAY over 24 hours since the char last transferred, so no problem there...

I guess there is some Trouble with the Transfer Servers, that error message indicates it at least Norman...
What about some auctions Norm, btw? ;)

Came to transfer, couldn't get started....waited 3 hours for the [G.M.] cavalry to arrive...now i know how Custer felt...oh WAIT...he WAS the cavalry...this is hopeless...server down in 5 minutes, my only hope is that it all gets straightened out by that....tell M-M-Mother I did my best.....

It can take up-to a few days for them to respond to a help request. Dont hold your breath the team is getting smaller by the month...

I have been waiting over 2 weeks now since I lost my character during transfer. All I get is "please be patient" While they are sorting through the mess my items will be deleted from transfer crate as they have been in there for over 7 days.

oh CRIMINY!!! Patience my %@$$ you are a saint...my only ray of hope is that here it is 3 hours since the original screw up, and 2 hours since the "server down"....and Sonoma STILL isn't back on...hopefully somebody got hold of my help request and is working on it...keeping my fingers crossed,
