Did EoO and Consecrate Weapon change damage amounts?

Just noticed while poking at Tangled Vines that my damage was significantly reduced while using Enemy of One and Consecrate Weapon. Normally I would do 111-125 damage with both active, but now am only getting 77-85 and CW seems to have no affect at all with EoO active - same weapon, armor, etc.. This just after patching yesterday, and I don't recall seeing anything in the patch notes.

Are you using any +skill jewelry? Wonder if they tinkered with that.

The only skill on jewelry is +13 magery (for teleports) and have 100 Chivalry real skill. I do have +52 DI on jewelry, and HCI/DCI but that shouldn't be affected, should it?

I don't know, but it is a real - not imagined - change.
