Vamric embrace bug?

Or did I miss something in the publish notes?

I logged on to my sampire on Origin and when I hovered over the vampiric embrace icon it says -2% fire resistance instead -25% fire resistance.

Is this something to do with the new publish or is it a bug?

Evidently my keyboard didn't type right.... Obviously it is Vampiric embrace

Does it decrease it by 2 or 25 there?

hmmm this reall doesn't seem right

My total fire resist is 96 when I take off 2 pieces totaling 18 in fire while in vamp form it drops my resist from 70 to 43. When I take the same 2 pieces off not in vamp form it takes me from 70 to 68.

The non vamp form looks okay, but the vamp form sould be at 53???? 96-25-18?

Now take off my 2% fire boots it takes me down to 69, which makes since

I just double checked my fire resist to make sure I added it up right the first time and I got 96 the 2nd time too

Hm I don't recall any changes to VE. I know Chivalry was messed up at first after the changes to Chivalry, and my first EoO cast gave me +10% incoming damage from all other targets instead of +100%.

Only possible change to Necromancy was supposed to be:
"Necromancy: Evil Omen now reduces Mysticism Stone Form Immunity by 30."

I actually noticed the -2% Fire Resist bug recently (maybe like 3 weeks ago?). While probably being a bug, I don't think it's a new one from the latest Publish. Vampiric Embrace still appears to have the actual -25% to fire resistance for my sampire. I took a some armor off, and it dropped as expected.

It is just the icon, Faramir. I get that "bug" fairly often since they did the buff icon revamp.
