I did the blond mistake, that I see others have done. I bought a new stygian abyss code instead of a upgrade code.
E-Mailing or calling customer support dont help, ive tried that. I even got adviced to send e-mail to warhammer online, but no help.
In a last and desperate try, i sent a mail to mesanna - and got reply, against all odds. She said, she needed the acc name, and she would apply it for me - also she got the code i got for the sa new acc and the purchase trade number.
Now, I replied to another thread about the same - and that person got answer within 30 mins!!!
I bow myself and say a BIG THANK YOU to Mesanna for her effort and help.
