Can you post pictures of its stats de-buffed please? Thats a bit mis-leading considering the Strength & Dex are both above max allowances for this pet.

I'm pretty sure I gave it away to guildies a few years back. Or it's on my other character because it's a beast!

i thought there was a limit to what you could have in the stable?
There is, but it's increased by taming/lore/vet. So if you have those on you get the max, and then can take them off and are all good until you have to put something back in the stable, in which case you will need to put taming skills back on.
