Anyone Experiencing Client Freezes (Try This)

Go to your client.exe as well as your uoassist.exe.

Right click it.
Go to properties
Click compatability
Put a check on disable visual themes
Put a check on run as administrator
Apply the changes



If this helps the client freezes on logins post feedback for others.

It worked for me.

Unfortunately, what many of us are experiencing are SERVER freezes, with everyone on screen (including all the monsters) freezing.

Somehow I've manage to drop uoassist from the top of my screen while attempting Soulweaver's changes. Anyone posting any suggestions on how to get uoassists titlebar display to reapear? I do have this option checked in uoassist/display.

I've found that Soulweaver's suggestions disable the titlebar function with the uoscreen...while i had hoped it kept me from lagging the 2 hours i played with the changes, the cost of not being able to see your bandages counting down makes playing a dexer extremely difficult.

it might have helped, but im not sure. like the other guy said, you lose the title bar from uoassit

Ahh didnt notice the title bar issue I apologise. This just fixed my login issues of the client freezing and doing that not responding crap..

Had same issue so I just hired an illegal to sit next to me and count down from 4 every time I mash my bandy key.

Works great and only cost me $75 a day plus meals

No way.

Totally worth it as I taught this one to count down in English and he also does all of my landscaping.

Last guy was a pain as I had to learn 1- 4 in Spanish
