vet rewards messed up?cant use any

none of my accounts can use any vet rewards ,i have one thats 13th year 11th and 10th robes fell off cant ride mounts or anything,something musta just happened,was just using them few minutes ago

The account age determination is messed up. Just found, that my > 15 years account cannot open his commodity box. (Origin shard)
Double clicking the paperdoll item, which usually shows the account age, gives you the message, that the age cannot be determined.

Just jumped on Origin to see and it says Can not determine this account's age

origin still broke, maybe a sign last shard made first to be broken, LOL almost makes me think of atlantic but they get things when it breaks!!!!!!!!!

Same here.. I cannot use comm boxes. I ams till on my mount as I logged off that way and I still show 720 skill points even though it says cannot determine age. I think its best for me to log off as I do not want to mess anything up and loose 20 points off taming or something brutal like that

Tempted to see what 20 skill points would be missing... or if it would just have the total not added correctly. I think I'll log on an alt I rarely play just to see.

And how exactly is it unplayable? I'm playing just fine...my account age reads 82 months...not really sure if that's correct or not lol I took some time off but I'm able to play just fine.

It is, after all, Origin...we're used to this kind of thing

Guess you didn't bother to look at when everybody posted, pre-shard maint yesterday and you post post-shard maint today or the simple fact that everybodies account age was zero pre-shard maint. But hey that's ok. Yea I logged in after maint. and guess what, my account age was correct.
