All kidding aside check your email. If you get an email response of "we are looking into this" or whatever lately the ones I've gotten offer a survey you can take.
I would suggest that anyone who gets such an opportunity do so and let them know EXACTLY what we think about their lack of support for our game.

Nope, no email. It's been 1h 30m in queue.
It's wierd lately. You get a faster response if you do PHYSICAL harassment and type your own name in. If you do verbal you most likely get a canned message.
I would get perma banned if i ever spoke exactly what i thought.
I'm trying to get my 48th month Vet. Reward. My journal says 50 months... Last time i spoke to a GM (6 weeks ago), he said id get it in 3 weeks + 4 days..
Well if they perma ban me for telling them that the level of their service provided is HIGHLY unprofessional and needs to be re-evaluated.... then so be it.
People have been saying this for years on these boards. I sincerely doubt that would get anyone banned here. Think Lythos-'s bleak outlook of the monitoring here is a bit extreme. Lest his opinion about in-game support includes some rather graphic words...that would be another story.

It sounds like you may have the reward gump turned off with UOAssist or the Enhanced Client.
