I think it's on Napa. Follow the torches from the Luna bank to a house on the south side of Luna. I think there's a teleporter inside that will take you there or there will be gates to go through.

Edited to add: The event is on the island where you find the entrance to Marble. Lots of reds running around, corpses on the ground, released pets in buildings. The teleporter at the house in Luna takes you to a small house next to what I think is the house that's planned to fall. There might be other houses on the island that are also going to fall, but I'm not really sure. Use caution; remember it's Fel; try to have fun; and be thankful someone cared enough to sponsor an event. I couldn't stay because it's dinner time here, but it looked like there was a fair crowd there already. I had to recall out but general chat seems to indicate the house(s) are still up and haven't fallen yet.
