Well , Ive seen them already for sale on Atl for 100 mil so don't people to buy if they can get for free in couple days

It's one per account and my guess is that the statue is EM-placed and of short duration.

One per account... That is a detractor. I'd get one on Yomato but I won't risk it if that prevents me from getting a gift on my primary shard.
