As I was doing some shopping in Luna,I noticed that one house had inspected ingots in each available color ranging from dull copper to valorite. I have done the quest as well and I have only gotten the golden ingots. How do I get the others?

I believe they are bod rewards
You can get the Inspected Dull Copper Ingots,Inspected Shadow Iron Ingots,Inspected Copper Ingots and Inspected Bronze Ingots from doing the Metal Head quest given by Thepem the Apprentice
The Inspected Agapite Ingots from Pink is the New Black quest from Thepem the Apprentice
Inspected Gold Ingots from the All That Glitters quest from Thepem the Apprentice
Inspected Verite Ingots from the To Turn Base Metal into Verite from Zosilem the Alchemist
Inspected Valorite Ingots from the Pure Valorite quest from Zosilem the Alchemist

They are items required for the quests but you dont get them from the quest. I dont think you need to do the quests at all. Just dump 20 of any type of ingots you want the inspected batch from and they will hand you back a pile of inspected.
Yes, you don't need to complete the quest, but you need to take the quest to have the quest givers mark the ingots inspected
Gheed is correct in stating that one does not need to accept the quest to have the ingots inspected. I grabbed 20 of each ingot and had them inspected and this is what I ended up getting.
Edit: I wish that normal iron ingots could be inspected too so I could have them displayed as well.

I guess I am bugged then, because they wouldn't take the ingots from me without having the quest, as soon as I took the quest I was able to give them the ingots and have them inspected.
