Stuff still coming unlocked during house customization

I'm missing two crates of stuff today. I Customized a few times yesterday and a stack of five crates I set up, secured, and moved so they were spaced apart a bit using the Interior Decorator Tool is now a stack of three crates with two crate sized gaps in the stack. They are not in the moving crate.

The are not "double-stacked" are they?
I recently had a double stacking happen and thought they same - that they were missing, but they were just on top of each other.

Bingo. The missing two in that stack had dropped down behind the bottom blue crate. Glad to still have them, they were seed boxes.

EDIT: Wonder if having them spaced slightly apart with the Decorator tool was why they dropped. The gap in between throw off the drawing process?

I haven't submitted one. Hasn't customer service been phased out?

I had not, and didn't even think of it until i saw Tanivars post - I just assumed I had forgot to raise a few when redoing a stacking.
I will now that you mention it and I see Tanivars reply.

The thing I've been noticing lately is if I customize the pedestal for my marble statue ends up under the house sign and I have to demolish/remake the statue.

You could also post it in our bug tracking forum. I often see Bleak, Kyronix and Phoenix reading in there.
