Is this normal wait time? Was in it last night for a good 3 hours.

In Queue for GM for 1 & 1/2 hours?

These days, I have learned there is only one thing a GM will come almost instantly for. Other than that, you can wait a week or longer at times and still be "normal" wait time.
Not sure what is normal and what isn't...
I put a request in yesterday after waiting for about an hour I logged off.
Then this morning a GM showed up and fixed my issue.
What I found interesting was that the shard the GM contacted me on what not the shard where I sent my help request. So I logged out of one shard and the GM showed up on the other shard to help with my issue.
I was under the impression that logging out would remove your help request entirely, apparently that's not always the case (which is actually a pretty good system).

I said, "I can't seem to claim my 48th month Vet. Reward. My account age is 49 months. Please help!"

Does the vet reward gump come up when you log in?
if you play the CC with UO-Assist, make sure you don't have it set to auto-cancel vet-rewards (on the "common" tab)
No gump - auto cancel vet rewards is off.
check each of your characters profiles that will give you the age of each character seems like some age faster than others.

I paged about my personal bless deed not working after a shard XFer i did. It took them 3 days to turn up and i thought i was in trouble when the GM popped up in front of me. I had forgot all about the GM call i had made and he had to remind me. But it got fixed in the end. Just took longer than i thought.
