Support seems to be hit or miss the last few years. You might get an auto response asking you to go to a non existent webpage to fill out a more detailed request, or an actual person who then proceeds help you with the issue in a time frame of 20-30 minutes upwards to like 72 hours. Sorry I could not be more informative.

HAd the same thing happen back after SE and soul stones came out, Server I was on went down and came back up with a 5-10 minute revert and I had just claim the codes in that narrow window. Did a in game help request 20 min later a a Gm responded ask me to cut and paste the codes in a chat gave me new tokensm said have a nice day and adorry for the inconveinence and all was good in sosaria. WTF HAPPENED!!!!!
They raised our sub prices to be able to afford better customer support ...... Than it only got worse to almost non existent.
I mean it IS EA,so bad customer support is to be expected,but combine that with an aged game that suits in an ivory tower care nothing about and viola.... you have what we have now.

We agreed to pay $3 more a month some years back for better GM service. Fool me once, shame on you.

I've paid the same amount for 14 yrs. You still get charged $10 per month if you pay in 6 month increments.
ill tell you a story of what happened 2 nites ago that i never would have believed if i hadn't seen it. Pax Lair was having its 15th anniversary party in fel near the stone x roads on chessy. so our guild showed up to try to pick off the blues that were coming and going from the house. it was good fun on both sides and the Pax Lair people were awesome even though they were no where geared both item and template wise to put up much of a fight. anyway my guildmate and i are chasing one of these kids when all of a sudden a gm shows up in game.... in the field red robe and all. (my guildmate had paged him 2 days prior on a bugged barb kit) the funny part was we thought he was there to prevent us from pvping so we start running away from him to continue chasing our quarry. get this, he starts running after us.. on foot and i mean fast. i dont know what hes running but he's moving like a cheetah. so we stop and my friend goes to him why are u interupting my game play. this is fel, i'm allowed to pvp. the gm says please answer me in que, i dont want to have a public discussion. my friend had no idea how to talk to a gm, privately so we filled him in to use the ''['' button. it was after that when my friend realized the gm was there to help with the bugged kit.
so it took two days to get a response but it was quite a response at that.

If you miss the GM attempting to talk to you then it seems they move on without telling you that they were there. I paged for some bugged items on one char and recieved a reply the next day on a different guy when I was doing a champ. I missed what key to use to type and the GM didn't respond to my open air talking, truth said I expected to get lynched to jail for scripting which never happened. The next day I got the message again and this time saw what key to use leading to a solved problem.
Two days also when I couldn't log in a whole account. It fixed itself. Then they get me in game like what you said. I just thought maybe to remove a stuck blocking item one might show. No. I do not even think they got our pages. The LS GMs are afk. 
This is actually one I figured out players can fix themselves. Place the plot with the front tile of the house directly behind so the steps cover up the statue. Lock down the statue as it is now considered in your house being on the front steps. You may have to target it's object handle. Turn the statue with the interior decorator tool. Raise it up and retrieve/unlock it. Use the resize command to replace the house.
I paged last night for another issue, was about a 2 hour+ wait late at night but the GM came and was very helpful and friendly.
When I paged a gm for tokens after atlantic crash, I got an email response that the tokens were in my characters pack.
I got in game support today!!! I paged on a player running 6 accounts to block another player from re-sizing his account, circumventing(exploiting) game mechanics. And no I'm not going to explain to you what and how he did it!! What I got was a message from GM (doubt I can name him) telling me the way he was doing it was how the Devs intended it o work!!! And that if I page again it would be to my detriment. A GM allowing an exploit to happen, imagine my surprise. Suffice to say the guy lost his spot, all thanks to a rogue GM that does not understand what exploiting is. So if you wan to resize your plot, do it when nobody is around, at least till after next publish when it's fixed.
I Know what you are talking about there Lew and it really is not an exploit, can't say I am fond of the tactic but why would anyone resize their house with other people around is beyond me. Just like going into your public house with a crate of valuables and dropping it and wondering where it went to in the time it took you to hit the "I wish to secure this" Macro. I have been know to hide in people who have annoyed me houses and steal their stuff before they can lock it down Never fails that they go instantly into you are cheating and I am paging on you!!! When its not an exploit, the plot resizing tactic is equally as cheezy and low down but hey who opened the plot up and made it available for someone else to place, or block it? the person trying to get the spot or the person who opened the plot up? If it ain't in your pack or secured in bank or house and if its open land its all fair game. The minor difference in the resizing a plot is there is nothing you can do to stop it once the plot is opened up, if someone steals your crate inside your house there were several precautions that could have prevented it

It is an exploit of game mechanics, the timer was created by the Devs to allow one hour for a person to resize their house without interference by another player. Any means used to disrupt this process is an exploit and griefing. Well since those same GMs of which you speak that were informed as you say told you to shut up or they would smack you around a bit............. You have the good day. Now I am wondering what timer you are even talking about Snivelling little pukey DooD. I just dropped one of my houses on one account and replaced it instantly with a toon from another account on a different master account. No timer at all and I got a 16x16 out of the location when I thought only 15x16 would fit there.
If you stand under your house sign and say something to the effect of wishing to resize your house it will demolish the house and put a timer on that stretch of land so that a person cannot place a house while you either try to increase or decrease the size of that plot. If you just straight demolish a house that timer does not kick in.
Somewhere in the forums is the step by step procedure of resizing; I'm just too lazy to go find it. I decided to not be lazy.

Listen here Sir, when you Re-size a house, you get an hour timer to place the plot. Early in the day on Thursday I was greeted by that response. In the evening when the same cheater tried it again, it was a different story. Try to keep up with me here Sir, there were two instances, but in both cases the rules applied. In the first case Sir, the GM was as ill informed as you. The second case, the GM had been informed and the rule enforced.
