Does anybody know if Special Fishing Nets are dyable?

Does anybody know if Special Fishing Nets are dyable by any means? Special dyes, tokuno dyes, etc...

NO Because evrybody would just make them all white and sell them for lots of gold.

I've just tried with all my dye tubs, missing just the Statuette Dye but none of the others work on a Net, no.

Figures.... I tried all my tubs, but don't have many of the different Dyes... Thought maybe the Pigments of Tokunu or something might work... It's a pity, cause it would be a fairly cheap way to imitate the new "grass" tiles they gave us...

Oh, if you want to make grass with it... try dying Carpet instead, you can use poppy dust to break up the greenery.

I couldn't find a better picture, as I've since replaced the roof with grass tile; but this is the central carpet in the first picture at Petra's link, dyed green. Place Poppy Dust over it to add little "flowers" and break up the monotony...



I was also experimenting with garlands to make a harness for reindeer as you can see

Actually, the reason I ask is this: After almost 15yrs I managed to place a castle on Ice - but all the white snow gets tedious....
So I thought about "customizing" it with gaza's like what Buns did below - only with "grass" on top of the gaza'a. I have 4 active accounts, but that doesn't get me anywhere near enough grass for the job. (If anybody on Pacific has a use for the new "Snow" tiles, I'd be more than happy to trade for "Grass" tiles.)

Anyway, since I have a couple of fishermen that can get all the fishing nets that I want, I thought I'd try and "simulate" grass by using dyed fishing nets with green gaza's underneath.

Well, you don't need that many goza; remember that the courtyard is customizable now, so you can put grass down there at least to break up the horrible whiteness (which is why I avoided the relatively cheaper and easier to find castles myself! I'd love to have lived in Yew but TREVEYLAN WONT GIVE ME HIS CASTLE!) ... you could then do a "Secret Garden" theme, a protected, magical area surrounded by snow...
