Shard Shield Issues

Has anyone else encountered an issue with accessing / claiming tokens from their Shard Shields recently? I tried tonight and get no message at all when trying to use them. I have re-deeded them, unsecured and re-locked down etc, and no luck. I have a page in, but seeing no info about where I am in queue, etc. Just reaching out to anyone who may have encountered this and see if there is a fix that does not involve paging a GM

Odd, thanks for the feedback Poo! Hopefully I am able to get a GM response. When I click mine, it doesn't give me any kind of info whatsoever.

Yep! I had to redeed all mine and replace. But since then, I haven't had the problem again.

ya know that said..... the 2 i got tokens from where new ones that i had just placed for the first time.
the other 2 (last years vet rewards) i didnt milk cause i allready have a bag of their tokens and was gonna let them start to stockpile in the shield.
but ill go check those ones just to make sure, it might be a issue with new ones working and old ones not.

i just tested mine and they work fine.
and i havnt re-deeded or moved them since i got them a year ago.

Thank you and thank Poo! I went ahead and re-deeded and re-locked down under the account holder and all is well. Originally, my other account (who owns the house they are in) had locked them down. I needed to add the Shield owner account as a co-owner and use him to lock down, and it worked. A bit confusing, but fixed now. Thank you both.
