Where art thou GMs?

I have been paging a GM now for 2 days and have not gotten a message or help. The problem is with my ship. Somehow it has picked up a piece of art from another ship and locked it to the deck. Now when I try to dry dock my ship I am not able too because the deck is too cluttered. I have tried both clients to remove it... other players can see that it's stuck there, like a piece of rubble named "Ship." This is very frustrating as I have run out of options to correct this issue... where are the GMs or do we have those anymore... I am frustrated. :(

That's a Major question on everyones minds. WTF happened to the customer Service??????? Was improving for awhile then it went to heck in a handbasket again.... now it's WORSE.... It's down right embarrassing..... it's so bad.

Someone at EA mind telling us what is up?????

Subscription fees were raised by 3 bucks for improved customer service, so I guess we can all get those 3 bucks back from last month? Since GMs don't respond at all. Paged on them once a few weeks back due to a bug with my house, no-one answered.

it's quite embarrassing to charge your customers $3 more a month for the idea of better service. Still my problem goes unsolved. Truthfully, I would never ask a GM for help with anything; but, I paid $14 bucks for this boat from Origin Store. It's hard to just abandon it or use it as a sea-market teleporter - this is a double foul-play in my mind.

I also had troubles today. What i did was page on physical harassment and type your name in (because targeting yourself doesn't work) and put in the box that you've tried other methods.

After waiting over 5 hours for one today i did that and one came within minutes.

On 16th or 17th of December, I paged them about my house decay timer on Atlantic.
I got a reply via email on 1/4/2013.

I also had troubles today. What i did was page on physical harassment and type your name in (because targeting yourself doesn't work) and put in the box that you've tried other methods.

After waiting over 5 hours for one today i did that and one came within minutes.

Well, these are pretty damning examples of what EA customer service has become. weak EA, very very weak.

Sadly this is all that works anymore. What's worse is most of the GM's that do respond to physical or verbal harassment pages know nothing about UO or their RoC/ToS.

i was beginning to wonder if there were any GM's at all. i've been trying to get a GM for 2 days. i'll try paging using the method suggested to see if i can get someone to show up. seriously, it shouldn't take days for someone to show up to fix an issue that will take all of 10 seconds.

i paged on sonoma shard. the 1st day i paged, no one else was playing uo in my house & i was not running multiple clients. the 2nd day i paged, i was running another client.

I tried paging once on Atlantic and 3 times on Legends. I paged on multiple days and spent 3+ hours waiting each time with no response and no update. I almost never page a GM but this was a login issue due to a character transfer with a message on the login screen to page a GM. There were no other clients running and there was no one else playing UO in my house at the time. I submitted a complaint via email and got a response stating I should not have had to wait so long and they are investigating the cause. It would have been nice if they would have offered to meet me in game at a set time but no luck there :(

Does it matter what shard you are on? I'm just wondering if it is setup on a first come first serve no matter what shard you are on.

I can't get Gm help either. One account can't get past entering brit on Atlantic. I can log on other shards with it. It is like the whole account is blackholed. I did a transfer to Atlantic today from Pacific but on another account. I am very concerned about the characters and their banks. It is like they don't exist on Atlantic anymore. :(

At first it was just one character on the bugged account stuck. I got another out and paged. One by one all the characters got stuck. I log on an account that works and paged. No reply. There was a recent thread about this issue. I can't even find that. :(

Try back up your char profiles somewhere then delete the originals and let new ones be created.

So perhaps my filling in the comments from the email of the last questionnaire they sent me regarding my customer Service from a GM I never saw or heard from was of use. I seriously laid into them about the lack of service and the poor response times in-game and told them they needed to get professional.... and quit putting customers last.
