Quick Question about downtime...

I wasn't paying attention when Europa went down 90mins ago, and just read the "extended downtime" post which says the Shards will be down for 6 hours. My question is, My pack animals were with me and some had items on them, will the 6 hours the shard is down count as time passed and the pack animals will have gone wild by the time i log back on?

no, I don't think so, the shard isn't online, so time stops. I would keep an eye open for posts saying the shard is back up though, it's not always down for the full time estimated.
