As Gareth pointed out - Stratics has free guild forum hosting. Just give Petra a PM and she can get you set up easily. You select the moderators and I believe that the forum can be made fully public - or members only.

Thanks for your feedback! Glad there are options for forums. Yet, it looks like UOForums is back online and has not lost our forum history.
